Cholesterol Down, So Is Vitamin D And Testosterone

Went to see my primary care physician the other day, had blood work results to get.  Found out some good news, found out some bad, time will tell how much of either.  Good news is through diet I was able to get my cholesterol down 40 points!  I did this by eating all whole grains, a lot of greens, and cutting out a lot of junk.  Somehow I also during this time managed to gain 20 pounds.  I told the doctor, I'm having a horrible time controlling my weight, she said hold on, grasshopper, there's more.

She went on to tell me that my vitamin D and my testosterone levels were dangerously low.  I had done the dance with my vitamin D once before, so this didn't catch me off guard, but the testosterone level was a surprise.  I learned from a brochure that all sorts of problems can be blamed on your testosterone level, things varying from energy levels, to libido, to weight gain.  Weight gain?  You mean I've been watching what I ate and the whole time it was my low T?  Low T and low D, times like this I'm glad there's only 22 letters in the alphabet!

There seem to be so many products on the market right now, so I'm sure your doctor will find the right ones for you.
