Baclofen Pump For MS and Back Pain, Acupuncture, and More Support For Backyard Chickens

Went to the back dude today, he's actually a neurosurgeon, so he knows about the back and the MS. Told me basically there is nothing more he can do for me surgery wise, the surgery wasn't to rid me of the back pain, it was for the leg pain. Funny, I don't recall that? Anyway, we talked about a Baclofen pump? Long process to get there, oral dose, yadda, yadda, yadda. Need to add another specialist to my list, but it's a day out, right?

Waiting for a call back, setting up an appointment for acupuncture. The office is checking with my insurance company to verify it's covered, I did too, website said if you tried tradition treatment and it failed, you're in. Well, I had the epidural injections and surgery, and they failed! I think it was 12 visits a year, $20 a visit, too cool. Had an old Chinese neighbor give an elixir of something once, didn't drink it. Wish I had that to do over.

Got an email from another candidate for county executive on the backyard chicken issue, Ron Harvey. Ron and I played softball against each other years ago, and he is in favor of chickens, as long certain conditions are adhered to, I can dig that. Bill Paulshock, county council candidate, district 5 also replied, saying he is an avid pet fan and will have to look at it to see what it's all about. Grew up with Bill, appreciate he is willing to admit he doesn't know it all, but will check it out for me.

Kim - What do you mean watch your bladder? Your bladder can cause leg cramps?
