Multiple Sclerosis, Girl Wrecked, Boy Bonked, and I lounged

What a wild and crazy day I had, considering I didn't leave the house, that's pretty amazing. The girls first day of work didn't happen today, she had an accident on I70, clipped a do not enter sign that almost came through her window. It was one of those deals where the car next to her on the interstate cut her off to make their exit. She wasn't hurt, so that one is a no brainer.

The boy went with the wife, 3 hours south to his bowling tournament in Virginia. He gets down himself when he doesn't bowl 300 each time, we are working on that. He did great! He also missed qualifying for Vegas by 4 pins! He doesn't get that with the sport pattern, everyone bowls below their average. He has another qualifier next week, this time in New Jersey, keep your fingers crossed with a brighter outlook!

In comparison to that, my day, my personal day, was boring as all get out! I sat and waited for AAA to bring the girl home, they couldn't find her, so she sat out on the side of the road for 3 plus hours. AAA and I will talk on Monday. I watched MD get destroyed by Syracuse in Lacrosse. I could feel the effects of the raindrop therapy, not good or bad really, just there. Tomorrow is another day, I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel.

Lounging does get boring, glad she was not hurt, but terrible that she had to wait 3 hours. Hope for a better tomorrow.

Andy - I agree with Kim about your daughter. Must have been nerve wracking to wait for her to come home, too. How many times are you supposed to receive the raindrop therapy?

Thanks Stuff, Cranky,
My grandmother used to say it you had a problem money could fix, you didn't have a problem, and she was right. Pay for the sign, new windshield, and boom, she's back in business. Thank God.

I am having 2 sessions a week, for 6 more weeks. I'm keeping positive, and even more important, hopeful.

Your grandmother had a saying for everything. The one about money was correct. Is Kate ok? Hope she wasn't scared. Even fender benders are stressful. Hope the new treatments help.

She's fine, but she was shaken up when she really got a look at the windshield and realized how close the sign came to coming through. All in all, a good day for the clan.

So glad your daughter is fine. Sorry about your son and the qualifications. Here's hoping for better in NJ. Enjoy your down time.

andy, i'm so happy your girl wasnt hurt! sucks that she had such a long wait, but, really, if she wasnt bleeding while she waited, then, everythings ok, isnt it?
and i know you're excited for your boy bowling...that is great, and, you cant bowl a perfect game every time. sucks though, would be fun if you could...

Andy - you did a great job helping Katelyn! You should blog about the people that stopped by to see if she was OK. That was inspiring for sure!!
