Vitamin D, Multiple Sclerosis, and Steroids

I still haven't heard from more then a couple of people doing the vitamin D shtick. I have tons of questions for folks doing the same thing, just where are they? I'm getting ready to start an exercise program to see if I can build up some strength. What is it that the athletes use? Why wouldn't that work for me? I need muscles, not to look good, to move my big ass around!
Do they use the juice for people that have ms, I seem to remember reading they did? How much do they use and how often do they use it?

I am struggling with trying to figure out why the weakness is so pronounced all of a sudden. If you ask the neuro he says it's very normal, or he isn't worried about it. I still hate that one, he isn't worried about it! I'm getting ready for dose #4 of 24. One voice inside my head says it's early, give it time, one says what if it's a problem and you continue with the medicine, while third tells me people are talking about me behind my back and I should be careful! Lets forget I told you about that third voice? Anyway, how do you know what is right? All the docs say anecdotal evidence is useless, but is it? I'd like to know what other people's opinions are who have done this before.

I've tried to get information off of ms message boards, but they usually end up with 1 or 2 people controlling the entire forum, or people who are so bitter all they are capable of is bitching at other people. I want someone, or a group of someones, to tell me exactly what to expect and when to expect it! I'm not being unreasonable, I just want it all! This isn't like politics where one of the 2 sides is lying, people really do have a mixed reaction to vitamin D therapy. I guess my job now is weed through like a bazillion web pages to figure out what's going on for myself? Couldn't someone do the hard work for me? Oh well, until I hear differently it is full speed ahead with my D, take what comes, and deal with it!

The boy is doing well today. The finger hurts, but it is manageable. He got a basket of goodies from his one aunt and we forgot to monitor it's consumption, or would devourment be a better word, I mean if it were a word? He ate everything in it, even the magazines! Thanks again for asking, he's doing great!

Are you both nuts? Who will be the referee? Does the boy need a basket to eat this weekend? I have some in my garage. Oh you mean filled with goodies. Mine just have spider webs. I'll see what I can do.
