Pre-op Physical Today, and My Manifesto Released

Went to have my surgical pre-op testing down today, went without a hitch, except for the girl that weighed me. She told me if I gained anymore weight, they'd have to use a truck scale to weigh me! I got her back, keyed her car in the parking lot, at least it looked like a car she would drive? 324 lbs, criminal, shameful, I almost cried in my lunch! Any way, I'm all set, a picture of health, except for this incurable thing, come on next Wednesday.

I put my manifesto to print the other day, told the kids what I expected to happen. Lasted 1 day! The boy cleaned on Monday, but didn't come home for dinner today, fail. The girl got side tracked, didn't handle kp duty, all the towels, or food prep, epic fail! The wife worked up until she went to bed, in her work clothes, 2 of the 3 days, cooked 2 days, double fail! I may have to introduce water boarding to get my point across.

Hi Andy,
Waterboarding eh?
How very liberal of you.
Keep warm.

SO are you looking forward to wearing one of those "One Size Fits All" gowns?? It seems to me you turned quite a few heads the last time we were in the emergency room together and you were wearing that fashion statement. I think the nurses are still scrubbing their eyes.

Hey, saw you're having surgery tomorrow. Best of luck! I don't suppose we'll see you here for a while but I'm looking forward to your return.

Herrad - I wouldn't water board, well, maybe the boy?

Slammer - They had a gown that did fit, and it had attachments to control temperature, thank you.

Linda - Thanks, it went well

Anne - They did part of the steroid thingy, feeling pretty good that way.

Diane - I crack myself up too, and this isn't even my "A" material!

Thanks everyone,
